How do you sleep with a sash on each night that her flat stomach?
I recently read that Jessica Alba has a flatter stomach after have your baby with the use of a girdle day and night. But he also did a lot of working out. Im a sucker for these stories so went and bought a belt eBay last night. I had to use a type of elastic thing around my waist after having my baby and made me lose weight but I think it was probably only baby's weight: p I can not do any harm and as soon as I put mine in, I sleep in mine too!
