Does this sound like a good workout for six pack abs and diet?
Does this sound like a good workout plan for six pack abs? Stationary bike for 2 hours eleptical coach for half an hour, 5 pounds on each arm curls 200 times and 8 min abs workout on YouTube 10 times a day. Drink nothing but water and eat healthy foods. I also sleep 8 hours. If this is a good workout for six pack abs you say how long it would take to see results? If you can not tell me a good workout or add to this? I am 13 years old and weighs 108 pounds about 5 feet 1 inch. Thank you!
